When you submit an enquiry, PFK may collect your name, organisation, position, email address, telephone number, country, subject, message, language preference and technical information required to operate and secure the service.

Why we use it

Information is used to register, route, review and respond to enquiries, maintain an appropriate corporate record, protect the integrity of the service and meet applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

Retention

A formal retention schedule is still subject to approval. Until that schedule is adopted, PFK will retain enquiry records only for as long as reasonably necessary for legitimate corporate, legal, audit and stakeholder-management purposes.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, individuals may request information about personal data held about them and may request correction, restriction or deletion where legally appropriate. Requests can be submitted through the central contact system.
