Every accepted submission receives a PFK reference number. Email notifications are secondary to the retained case record.
What happens next?
Each enquiry is registered, classified and routed according to its subject. The record is retained to support follow-up, accountability and continuity.
PFK’s historical grievance mechanism used formal registration, admissibility review, resolution and monitoring. Historical service timings are not carried forward as current commitments until the Avenir-era standard is formally approved.
