PFK becomes part of Avenir Holding

PFK entered a new phase of ownership in 2026 as part of Avenir Holding.

Avenir’s approach is centred on responsible stewardship of the existing industrial asset, preservation of PFK’s long-term industrial potential and preparation of a structured programme for future investment.

The shareholder’s development work includes the proposed PFK Industrial & Energy Park and a wider programme intended to support future industrial, energy and infrastructure activity at the site.
